Claridges Charity Dinner and Show

Russian designer Leon Max hosted a decadent winter party at Claridges to celebrate his new collection and his debut London store in Westbourne Grove, in aid of Too Many Women.

Guests including Jerry Hall, Nicky Haslam, Georgia May Jagger and Leigh Lezark looked on as face of the brand Katia Elizarova opened the show and Max’s muses Daisy Lowe, Amber Le Bon and Clara Paget took to the catwalk.

After dinner Pixie Geldof and Jack Guinness took to the DJ booth while Sara Parker Bowles, Otis Ferry, Sasha Volkova and Edie Campbell let their hair down.

Hardy Amies SS12

MBC showcased Claire Malcolm’s second collection for Hardy Amies. The event took place in a deconsecrated church in London’s West End and drew its inspiration from Venetian splendour.

My Beautiful City were proud to host the first fashion show in the Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall for Matthew Williamson’s SS12 collection. The austere hall complemented Williamson’s latest colourful designs and the show attracted unprecedented numbers of press.

Held at the BFC tent at Somerset House, MBC worked alongside the designer to create a beautiful yet simple show. The set used fabrics and projections to throw strips of light onto the models and to cast a soft glow over the audience.

Vivienne Westwood SS12

This season’s Red Label show was held at the striking Smithfields Market. MBC transformed a London street into a show space, in what was the venue’s first ever fashion show.

This stripped-back, industrial concept consisted of a 10m scaffolding wall covered with a sustainable red opaque fabric.
